Please double-check the sizing chart before placing an order to make sure you get the perfect fit! We are just starting out and don't have enough stock to take returns for wrong size. (yet)
ROAM Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your ROAM gear as much as we love creating it. While each item is made to order when you click buy, we'll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.
What we will Happily Fix
If you order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we've got you covered! Please email us at ROAMwithRichAndSarah@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item with:
-A photo of the issue with our ROAM logo displayed for extra proof (and we just like seeing our logo)
-Your order number
We'll offer a replacement or a full refund-whichever you prefer.
Here are the types of photos we need, depending on the issue:
- Print placement issues: Lay the product flat and take a photo where the entire product is visible, clearly showing the print placement. It’s helpful to include a measuring tool (like a ruler or measuring tape) in the photo to show the placement of the print relative to the width or height of the product.
- Print quality issues: Take a well-lit photo of the affected area, ensuring the print details are clearly visible.
- Damaged products or product defects (e.g., holes, stains): Include a photo of the damaged or defective part along with at least part of the product’s design to help us identify the item.
- Orders with multiple identical products in different sizes: Make sure the photo shows the size tags along with the affected products.
- Incorrect product received: Include a photo of the product along with the packing slip visible in the same image.

Size discrepancies:
- If the size tag shows a different size than what was ordered, please submit a photo of the product with the size tag visible.
- If the size tag shows the correct size but the product dimensions are off, include photos of the product with a measuring tool, following the measuring guidelines in the Size guide section found on the product page in our Product catalog.
Wrong Size or Change Your Mind
Because each ROAM product is custom made and printed individually just for you when you order it, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds for wrong size or buyer's remorse at this time. We are working on it though! We are new at this and cannot afford a store front or warehouse (yet); can you forgive us? Email us at ROAMwithRichAndSarah@gmail.com and we will try to help you out.
Lost or Stuck in Transit
If your package seems lost or hasn't arrived in a reasonable timeframe, we'll reach out-we'll investigate and work with you to resolve it.
