At ROAM with Rich and Sarah, we like to keep it simple - shipping is always included in the price. No surprises at checkout. Just adventure-ready gear, delivered to your doorstep.

Order Processing

Each order is made just for you. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times

• Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after production.
• You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

We are new at this. Reach out to us at ROAMwithRichAndSarah@gmail.com and we would love to get you our gear if we can! We might need to order it and ship it ourselves and would be stoked to do so! Currently the site we use does not offer shipping internationally. Stay tuned as we expand!

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to holidays, carrier issues, or weather. Thanks for your patience-it's worth the wait!
